Interview process contained 3 steps, as usual- online application, phone and in-person interview. The first two were just a formality. I applied online in early February, had the phone interview by the end of February, and they scheduled the in-person interview for middle of March. The in- person interview was long and intensive. I applied for intern position in Valuation Department so all people who interview me were valuation employees. There was 6 interviews sessions, each about 30 minutes long. All of them started with usual, general questions about my education, experience, extracurricular activities etc. They all give the most importance on passed exams and the technical skills ( especially in statistical and actuarial software like Excel, VBA, Access, SQL and SAS).
