I applied through other source. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Knoxville, TN) in Jan 2021
Interview
Like everyone else, got a call for an "interview". Turned out to be a group call with a presentation. If they wanted to invite me to a presentation on the company it would have been one thing. With no interaction they could have just sent a link to a presentation via email and I could have reviewed it on my time.
After 30 minutes I went ahead and logged off. If my time isn't valuable enough to carry on an individual conversation then I've been down this road before.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
