Personality-based. What they look for is someone that can be forward and sharp. There weren't alot of questions, it was more an opportunity for the manager to get to know you, your drive, and your willingness to learn and grow. Dressing professionally is a must.

Very sketchy Had me on a group call for the interview. I didn’t know much better because I just graduated. Looking for people who are fresh into job search and can be taken advantage of
Beggining of hiring process is online through zoom in an informal group session, followed by in person at local office. The group session is mostly just information about the company and the position itself. Very straight forward.
