They called me to set up the interview, then they emailed me to confirm it, then they called me the day of to make sure I remembered. When I went into the office, they had me fill out a paper and attach my resume. The first interview is basically just a presentation about what it's like to work there followed by a questionnaire. The second interview is a one-on-one conversation with the boss. They ask about what you want from life, why you want to work there, your priorities, etc. I didn't get called back for the third interview.
