Interview
They bring you and a small group in for an informational interview, they'll have you fill out paper a survey, they call you back that day and set up a secondary interview if you had interest in the job. It seems most people get the job if they want it but make sure you ask questions, they aren't upfront with some info.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
