Interview
It is a brief interview in which they want to evaluate your interest and capacity. They explain briefly the products you are going to be selling and how your commissions are going to be.

Question 1
They ask you about your past experience in sales. The most important part is to show the will to do the job and the intelligence not to screw it up.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
