BankMed interview questions

There is around 5 stages .first stage/second stage combined you will be asked to do an english and a technical test around 2 hours long in total. then you will be asked to fill a form and will be interviewed by the HR,the third round will be head of banking solutions,fourth round you will be interviewed by head of IT department,then you will be possibly be having an interview with CTO for the fifth round...it is a very longg process(can take around 2 months)

The overall interview process was okay. However, the first day, I thought I was going in for a normal HR interview, but was surprised to have an English and technical exam on that same day (each needing 1h). I was called back for an interview with the head of IT I believe. That interview went overall well, but I was surprised to get multiple comments on how this is a man’s job (I am a woman) and how he didn’t feel women could give what a man could give in this job, as if he had already made up his mind.
