Had an online test, video interview and an assessment centre. The process was straightforward and the questions were mainly easy and some made you think a bit harder - but overall, nothing too difficult. They were really quick to respond after each stage, except after the assessment centre where they took three months to get back to me

One hour of a personal interview, which was 20 minutes about your CV, 20 minutes explaining how you've shown to have represented their values, and 20 minutes of 'data analysis' where they asked broad Finance questions and discuss them with you.
