As long as candidates receive the email said that you are selected to have interview, they need to get to the venue and wait for their calling your name. Prepare self-introduction, normally, this is the first question the interviewers would ask.
First, after you apply online, you have to pass the exam online. The exam is about 2 and a half hours including English, Chinese, Math and so on. Then there will be an online interview with HR. Finanlly there will be an online or in-person interview with manager.
There are the first round of interview, and then followed by a written test, and the followed by a second round of group interview, and then followed by an ap test and then there is the final round of interview.

Very quick interview, HR was nice and friendly, asking which area would you like to work and some basic interview questions such as self intro, but no time for questions,
