First, after you apply online, you have to pass the exam online. The exam is about 2 and a half hours including English, Chinese, Math and so on. Then there will be an online interview with HR. Finanlly there will be an online or in-person interview with manager.

Interview focusing on past experience and personality. Flexible interview arrangement, did not take much time. Informative about the job environment and possible career path. Feels strong Chinese culture as expected.
