The interview felt very impersonal, with questions asked like a checklist rather than a conversation. This was disappointing given the bank's emphasis on relationship building. Even the rejection email felt generic and automated, which reinforced that impression.

Phone interview and face to face interview which was a Panel interview. Face to face interview was going over your resume. Then a bunch of behavorial questions and at the end they open it up for you to ask questions.
