Invited to Super Day in Feb 2018 Super day was overall a positive experience. I was able to talk with fellow applicants as well as current employees at the Bank. Interviewed with 3 managers and it was mostly straightforward, behavioral questions. Employers were very engaged in conversation and answered all my questions

Applied on LinkedIn, contacted by HR and had a phone interview. A week later, I was invited for a Super Day and had three interviews. You get an incredible vibe from the super day and it's quite obvious that everyone loves their jobs. The interview were very relaxed in nature and they asked mainly behavioral questions.
