Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union interview questions

I applied and got a phone screen within a few days of applying. I felt like I did well overall and recruiter mentioned what the next steps would look like. They specifically mentioned the “COO” & “VP” and their names and said “you won’t have to memorize their names, they’ll be in an email.” I currently am a manager, so I never like to assume, but I thought I would be moved to the next steps of the interview process. The following Tuesday, I got an automated email stating that they would not be proceeding with my application. Fair! However, I did email the recruiter for feedback and never got a response. Definitely would still be interested in future opportunities but I still would like feedback.
