Interview with HR - users - HR. I am direct contract of BTPN and BTPN want to hired me becoming a permanent employee. I ask to my company PIC (PT. X) and he informed there's no penalty but after I signed the offering letter, that company want me to pay penalty. Sounds ridiculous .
