Interview
I had a single interview where I was asked general yet thoughtful questions. It focused on my self-introduction, how I saw myself fit for the procurement role.My 3-month journey in the Procurement team at Banglalink was a great learning experience. I got to understand real-world procurement processes, work closely with a supportive team, and gradually build confidence in handling tasks. It helped me grow both professionally and personally.

Question 1
Why do you think you're a good fit for this procurement role?
first an online interview, followed by an in-person meeting—but then didn’t receive any response or offer afterward. That can be frustrating, especially after investing time and effort. If it’s been a while, consider following up politely to ask for an update. Sometimes, companies get delayed or disorganized, but a quick email could clarify things. If they don’t respond, it might be time to move on and focus on other opportunities. Keep applying—the right job will come!
The interview process was quite transparent and open. As an interviewee I was given the floor to introduce and present myself. It was a great experience overall. The whole interview process was quite easy to follow and understand.
