There were multiple phone interviews, all pretty good and routine. My first interview, however, I waited an hour for them to call me. I sent an email asking what happened and the person in charge of calling me said that they got caught up in something else. After that, however it was smooth sailing

Two parts. After the application, you get contacted by a recruiter for a screening interview with the recruiter followed by a 45-minute video call interview with the hiring manager. You can also visit the hospital. It was straightforward; no problematic questions were asked.
