You need to complete a pre interview profile of questions and answers. They cannot interview you without this being completed prior. Bancroft has a system that will then generate questions based off your answers. They will often have you walk through the facility. They want to see how you work with the person served, how you react.

They call you in for an interview. You sit down with a manager and discuss yourself. Then they describe the work you could soon be doing at their company. From there, you can make your decision of which group home you'd like to work for and then start working if hired,
