Shortly after applying online, I received an email request for a virtual interview via Teams. The hiring manager was friendly, gave a nice overview of the company and asked about my background and experience. The next day, the hiring manager reached back out to coordinate the 2nd round in-person interview. They were flexible on scheduling and let me know exactly what to expect. I was brought into a conference room for a panel style interview with 3 interviewers and had quality conversation about what their expectations for the position. A few days later, I received a formal written offer letter and was excited to accept the position!
