Interview
Applied online and received an email to attend a group interview. I first interviewed with the Customer Experience Supervisor (with one other candidate) and she asked typical interview questions. Received an email regarding a second interview about 15 minutes after it ended. Had two one-on-one interviews a couple days later with the new Customer Experience Manager and Store Manager. Questions were more focused on fashion and Banana Republic as a company. Received an email that night and a call the next day with an offer. Orientation/training began two weeks later.

Interview
I had a 1 on 1 interview but I know that for holiday season it is often a group interview to hire faster. The questions were pretty straightforward and I heard back the very same day.

Why do you want to work here? What do you know about the company? Can you tell me about a time you had a difficult customer?
Pretty straight forward, asking about past experiences and why you want to represent their company. Certain questions on what would you do in this situation and elaborating on that. Minimum word count.

It's an easy process. The questions are simple retail question. May be in a group or an individual interview it all depends on the store. They might give you scenarios as suppose to questions.
