Interview
One month, 2 in person interviews, a phone interview, a writing test, and giving them other writing samples, only to never hear back again. That's bad enough, but what's worse is the last time we spoke they said they understood how hard it was to get this far and have to wait for an answer. If they're not cruel then they're grossly incompetent.

Interview
I went through an extensive interview process with Bambrick Media that included a video application, five writing samples, a personality test, a copywriting test, and an in-person interview. After following up a week after my in-person interview, I was told I was still in the running, but then never heard back from anyone again.
The in-person interview at their office was particularly uncomfortable. It felt less like a conversation and more like a 45-minute interrogation. I was repeatedly questioned about how I would avoid being a distraction to others because the personality test apparently suggested I was easily distracted and overly talkative. This was baffling, as I’m actually very introverted and prefer to work quietly with my headphones on, but they wouldn’t take my explanation seriously.
Overall, it was a very strange and disheartening experience. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend applying for a job or working here.

Question 1
How would you avoid being a distraction to others in the office?
I interviewed for the Copywriter position. I was immediately uncomfortable being interviewed by the management. They had three people interview just me and it felt more like an interegation. The interview lasted over 45mins and you could tell they were trying to make interviewees nervous and uncomfortable for whatever reason. I still answered quite confidently despite them laughing at me constantly for no reason and asking me questions that weren't relevant to the position e.g If I'm a feminist?
Overall a horrible experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone. The two male Managers were extremely judgemental and rude. I ended up realising I wouldn't want the job even if it was offered to me.
