Bam Strategy interview questions

Everyone was welcoming, and nice. They asked standard interview questions, and the second interview was with people you’d directly work with in the role. The second interview was with management where they repeated some of the same questions and asked more specific questions. Both interviews were a remote video call.

Interview process involved a series of three interviews. The first with the recruiter, a second with the Hiring Manager and a member of their team and a third and final interview with other team members. After the second interview I was asked to complete an assignment, which consisted of completing what would be considered developing an entire proposal for a campaign being pitched to a client. You will be given a template of how the proposal should be laid out, and minimum amount information on the actual brief. Expect to put in at least 2 days worth of work (lt felt like I was actually completing someone's work). The three interviews were each 30 minutes in length. The second two had multiple team members, not much time for any thorough evaluation of a candidate in my opinion. Following the final interview, it took almost 3 weeks to hear back and only after I followed up. There was no feedback provided from the interviews nor the lengthy assignment / someones actual job task.
