Ballinger Electrical Design Engineer interview questions

The process is really quick. No phone interview. I was scheduled for an onsite interview after I applied the position one week. I was interviewed by two senior engineers. There were normal question. They went through my resume and ask some questions related to it. They said they would let me know the result after 2-3 weeks, but there is no response from them after 2 months.
