I was contacted by a recruiter to discuss the role about three weeks after replying. Recruiter was personable and kind. Overall informative initial call and they really sold the company. I was contacted solely by phone call which can be inconvenient for a candidate actively working in an office.
I had a second interview the following day. This involved typical STAR method questions regarding handling conflict, pivoting and balancing multiple priorities, and what motivates you. The questions were manageable. Got the ‘best of luck’ email about a week after the interview. Standard process
