Interview
First interview consists of a skills test (typing test, editing a document using Microsoft Word, etc.) and an interview with someone from HR. Basic behavioral questions are asked. Second interview is with the attorneys that you'll be supporting.

Tell us about a bad situation that occurred at your previous position and how you handled it.
Straightforward. More of a conversation than straight questions. Got in contact soon after applying and communicated the duties of the job clearly. A pleasant experience. Was asked to take next steps while in the first round.

Interview
Applied on line in November 2015. Got two e-mail inquiries and a phone interview in December 2015. An in person interview in January 2016 which consisted interviewing with Administration and Attorney. Interviewers were pleasant and very informative. Software grammar and typing tests followed. After tests were taken I was told they will be in touch. Haven't heard anything from them yet
