Ballard Natural Gas Service interview questions

Got a call that they wanted to interview me for a job. I went to their website and noticed they were hiring their entire office staff! -Red flag #1. Employee retention is more important to a business than customer retention, as far as damage to the business's bottom line!! They told me that there'd be a personality test. -Red flag #2. When employers are concerned about behavior and personality, the ownership or upper management have poisoned the environment and do not own their responsibility to set the example that others should follow. I took the test. It was way more than a personality test!! - Red flag #3, They lied to me! They called me days later, couldn't find my results and ASSumed I didn't take the test!!! -Red flag #4. That was enough for me. This place is obviously mismanaged and refuses to take responsibility.
