The interview process felt good but they were faking it.
After progressing past the initial recruiter stage, I was invited to a video interview with the manager. During the interview, the feedback was positive and the manager said she heard great, and I was told that my qualifications were strong in the initial phone interview. Despite this, I was denied an offer without clear explanation.
I felt there may have been unfair treatment during the process like discrimination.
Advice to Management:
Improve transparency and communication during the hiring process.
Ensure that all candidates are evaluated fairly and consistently.
Address potential bias in the recruitment and interview stages.
