Balbec Capital interview questions

1st round with HR, basic behaviorals. 2nd round with panel of 2 analysts, mix of technicals, brain teasers, and behaviorals. 3rd round with team lead (some technicals, mainly behavioral). Potentially more rounds, but I accepted another offer before the process ended.

The interview process begins with an HR screen call assessing interest and background. This is then followed by interviews with the entire team and ultimately a Superday. The team is focused on assessing technical skills primarily with some concentration on cultural fit.
