Interview
I applied through the campus recruiting services located on my college campus. The entire process consisted of an initial interview on campus, social prior to second interview, then a full day of interviews followed by lunch. I felt the process was extremely well organized. It allows a candidate to get to know the firm and it gives the partner's/staff members a chance to find out more about you.

Most questions were behavioral based. Having a broad range of experiences and situations to elaborate on helped me.
The interview process was Smooth and Structured. There were only 2 rounds of interviews: in person interview and a networking event. The first interview was with a hiring manager and a hiring manager. The second round was with various partners and managers.

Interviewed by one partner that was very friendly, questions were average difficulty and they liked my employment history so was offered a position which I accepted. Would recommend as a great place to work with good work/life balance.
