First round was one 30min interview with all behavioral questions / why Baker Tilly. super day was a couple weeks later and had 3 45min interviews back to back with a lunch before. Everyone was very nice including the partners. Very conversational and laid back. Most of the interview is fit/would you work well with us type of questions.
