Overall useful, there was a group exercise, partner interview which was based on a case study and an interview with an associate based on competency. There was also a trainee lunch which was very helpful

Online application, situational judgement test, verbal reasoning test, video interview and assessment centre. Tough assessment day, but very great experience. There was a group exercise, case-study interview and a regular competency/personal interview with an Associate.
