Spoke to a partner in person and discussed hiring availabilities. Was able to get contact info and sent CV. Followed up to schedule interview. Was interviewed by two partners.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at our office? What were your grades? What is your previous experience? Also, some random industry questions like what is the capital gains tax on REITs in the US.
Took the essay and then took the 20-minute interview. There were around 10 interviewers. The mood was not quite pressuring. All the interviewers were energetic. The interview was mainly in Thai. Plus, the interviewers were straightforward in their sayings.

Why are you interested in interning in Dispute Resolution?
Video interview was very fast paced, highly recommend keeping answers concise and answering the question in the first sentence. There is a timer that counts down as soon as you start answering which can add pressure.
It was relatively straightforward and easy interview, asked about my electives, my interests, future career prospects, and which team i would like to join. Also asked about why i want to study law, and other general questions. Friendly and kind staff
