After you submit your CV, you will be contacted for a Hirevue interview, you'll have to answer some pre-recorded behavioural questions, 3 min to answer, just one attempt with 1 min of preparation. If you pass this part, you'll be invited for an assessment experience. Mine was online, it started at 9 am until 2.30 pm. First you have two groups activities, the first one consists of each member of the group has a code and a code decipher but you code decipher might be for anothers person code so you have to see if you can find for each code the corresponding decipher and do decipher as many codes as you can within 25 min. The second session consists of more a conversation. It will be presented to you some hypothetical problems and 4 possibles solutions, you choose one and explains why trying to convince others to change their answers. Then there is the one-on-one interview, each takes 25 min. The first one is more about you major related and some behaviour questions, the second one more technical still about basic/foundational knowledge related to you major, and ONE IMPORTANT THING, make sure EVERYTHING you put in your CV you can back it up because from what I experienced, all the twchnical questions were related to what I put on my CV.
Now, I'm waiting for the feedback.
