The behavioral question interview process is a common approach used by employers to assess a candidate's suitability for a job based on their past behavior in various situations. This process aims to predict a candidate's future performance by understanding how they've handled specific scenarios in the past. The underlying principle is that past behavior is a good indicator of how an individual will behave in similar situations in the future.
Three interviews (mix of virtual and recorded). One interview behavioral and one technical interview with hiring manager and another with actual team. I was ghosted by HR for 6 months before i rejected.
