Very well constructed interview with various questions about your experience, skills, vision and motivation. The interviewer gave a detailed description of the position and the tasks. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

it took 3 months, very slow and a lot of steps.
The staff was nice and clear but since they use an external company to make the process is not very transparent. I almost lost the job because a miss communication between the hiring company and BH. I will suggest stay on touch with your BH contact and skip the recruitment external company
