Basically this company just lets an AI handle almost everything.
Stage 1: --> Cover Letter/Resume key words (Screen out lots of people)
Stage 2: --> Then 7 question HireVue Interview (Screen out 67% of their maybe pile via AI then recruiter screens out the rest)
Stage 3: --> In person day where you're with like 25 other people and you complete some b.s. tasks and have in person interviews finally.
- Stage 2 sucks, any company that asks for it is a company you should question.
- Stage 3 wasn't too bad, but stage 2 made me not want to work here (mainly because it's lazy and an AI decides if you're a "cultural" fit, seems racist but w/e).

- Something about tell me about a time you had to make a quick decision.
You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.
