I applied fpr Aspire program on March and two months later the sent me a invitation for a digital interview with 10 questions and 3 min to answer each one. I consider the interview was kind of weird, you talking with yourself. I have not received answer yet.

Tell about one time you had to repair a machine? Describe how did you repair it? what would you do different if you have another chance?
You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.

Online Interview, Applied online, no referral. Only got the online self recording. Feels discriminating as you Never hear feedback after interview.it had 5 questions and for each question you had set time to read the questions and answer questions in set time.
