After months after applying on-line, had HR phone screening. Extremely light key words oriented screening. There was a bit of fumbling on the HR coordination to interview with the hiring manager.

Hiring manager Only tried to poke holes in my very well written resume. Surprisingly, didn’t ask questions about the most relevant work experiences. The interviewer was antagonistic in every way and questioned every decision made on my resume. The interviewer also didn’t read the resume fully. It is important for hiring managers to remember about how candidates are treated. It impacts a candidate’s future consideration of opportunities with the company. Candidates put time and effort into preparing for interviews and additional time applying on-line. Be respectful.

Pretty straight forward. But they schedule interviews and flake out, this happened to me twice on the candidates which is pretty unprofessional and frustrating and I don’t believe they really care about that either. Very frustrating experience.
