Perguntas objetivas e atmosfera bem agradável para uma troca de perguntas e respostas de um processo seletivo. Gostei bastante da seleção de perguntas feita pelo recrutador, todas seguiram uma lógica que fez sempre sentido para mim.

The interviewer initially introduced BairedDev, followed by some questions about my career and current job in my native language. Then, in English, the interviewer asked questions about the projects I have developed throughout my career and my experience in leading teams. After this phase, there were four questions related to logic and mathematics, as well as some situational questions. To conclude, the interviewer explained how the admission process works at the company, salary expectations, employee rights, and other smaller details like health insurance and similar benefits.
