As the first interview with the company, it was about meeting each other and making a presentation about what the company is about, a brief on their history as well to present myself to them.
The interviewer was nice person, and kind enough to point out good opportunities in the company that would match my profile on top of the role requested.
They presented all the perks the company is offering and a clear description of how the next steps in the hiring process would be.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
