After taking some online tests in their platform, I was invited to a 121 interview with HR where we talked about my background and skills. During the interview they presented me with some logical and situational questions I had to answer immediately (it's was a nice touch). Then they presented the hiring model and talked about the company. I was given time to ask any questions I wanted about the process and/or the company.

A process must be clear, objective, and structured, ensuring that people understand each step. At the same time, it should nurture empathy, maintain genuine human connection, and make people feel seen, respected, and valued throughout the journey. Clarity and kindness can, and should, coexist to create better, more meaningful experiences for everyone involved.

The interview went very well. It was divided into 3 instances. The first was a review of work experience and skills. The second was a few questions in English and finally, a review of salary expectations together with an explanation of the next steps.
