Interview
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. All rounds were specific to technology, my prior experience, and project I was working on. There were some logical and technical problems asked round 2nd and 3rd. In last round, discussed about the project I will be working on of I joined their team. They also helped understand company business on broader level which eventually helped me in choosing them as my next company to work with

Interview
Applied via LinkedIn, after that contacted by resourcing company's senior consultant. He explained everything about company and job requirements, also asked me about my experience and availability.
After that interview was scheduled with Baillie Gifford's team (manager, tech lead etc.). There were two rounds of interview (on zoom) - first competency based and second was technical interview. Both interview were easy (if you know what you are doing, your skill match with job and you know what you written in your CV).
I was offered same day of second interview.
