Interview
Hired in 30 seconds. Friend worked there and recommended that I work there as well. She gave them my name and I put in an application. I was hired within the week.
Very relaxed. I met with the restaurant manager, who wanted to gauge my basic people skills and time availability. No prior experience as a server wasn't a concern. The servers were also friendly and offered water and polite conversation while I waited to meet the manager.

Interview
Easygoing interview about past experiences and work style. Considering this was for a part-time serving job, there were not too many curve ball questions asked. The interviewing manager was friendly enough and seemed most interested in when you were available to work. This was also done as a group interview with another candidate, but was not competitive in any way.
