1) HR Phone Call explaining background and knowing more about the company
2) Coding exercise with ambiguous specifications (software engineering)
3) Pairing program, analyse hoisting in a React Class.
the 2nd is more a software engineering task
the 3rd more a frontend exercise.
The coding test (2nd) was ambiguous, the interviewer invited me to make questions in case of doubts with the exercise, I asked and never got any answer back after days of waiting so I resolve it making assumptions.
The review at the end of the process was too strict and pernickety.
