I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Badger Meter (Brown Deer, WI)
Interview
Typical interview process; phone call screening with HR then they got back to me a week later wanting me to come in for a full panel interview. Took about 3-4 hours and met with 6 individuals. Did not show me the manufacturing floor which I thought was super bizarre, since 70% of my time will be spent out there. I was super interested in the position, and I was very straight forward with my salary requirements right off the bat, before the panel interview.
They sent me an offer but had to decline since their offer was 10% lower than my minimum salary requirements and they would not budge even a dollar. Just seemed like a big waste of time since they knew what my salary range was.

Question 1
Comfortability of working on manufacturing floor. Past experience. Classes took in college.
First interview with recruiter was a 45 minute video call. It was more in depth than I expected for a recruiter call (A lot of: tell me about a time you...)
