(1) Initial screening with the hiring manager(s). (2) Two technical challenges with the problems provided ahead of time. The problems were a good reflection of a possible work task, and required research and a short presentation followed by feedback and Q&A with the technical team. (3) Culture/C-suite, meet with the CEO, discuss value add, growth, etc.
