Applied via LinkedIn, received an email invite to an interview about a week later. When the interview began, the Backbone employee informed me that she was leaving the company, and we would be joined by a second person (without any prior notification). No problem. Spent 30 minutes answering questions, not provided a timeline or next steps. Thank you email the following business day, second follow up email one week later. Totally ghosted, I have no idea if my emails were even sent to an active employee, and job listing has been removed. Unprofessional at best. Seemed quite disorganized.
