Submitted application, using my CV and answering a few questions e.g. why do you want to work for Babcock, and did an online assessment with mostly personality questions, but also some reasoning questions

Online interview and no group task due to staff shortage. Had to give a presentation about a pre planned topic and then an interview. Went well but did not receive any feedback despite lots of chasing.

Describe how you'd go about end to end process of designing something with an engineering purpose
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Babcock International Group
Interview
Rescheduled multiple times, Was then changed from online to in person, finnaly commited them to a date only to be called a day before the interview if they could push it another day. The day of the interview my meeting time was then changed again and pushed pack an hour
