Interview
Applied online, replied the next day, got an interview the day after. Talked with someone for 20 min about Java knowledge background, then did a test about Java. There are 40 problems, 3 min each, all multiple choices, not programming tests. Basically it's an IT consulting company, they will train you for like two month and then market you. The salary they offered is no more than 65K for starters.

Interview
First I was called to the office of Baanyan Software Services and had a talk with the HR manager. The manager is nice and point out the shortage of my talking then set a technical interview for me. Two week later I received a call from the trainer. The trainer is patient and the interview is about the basic Java.

Interview
I got 1 telephone interview. The one is from the HR. he did not ask much about specific programming questions but rather focus on your education background and in-school project details.
You also need to explain every phase of your education, especially those are non-degree program.
