Group Discussion - Usually a topic of social concern or current affair is given for conducting a 10 - 12mins heated discussion. The group strength being 15-20, makes it difficult for a candidates to dish out their viewpoints or thoughts sophistically as the scenario turns out more that of a fish market hence its quite important for a person to be audible, bold and confident to get noticed by the moderator. The main aim is to check how good orator and aggressive you are. 2. Personal Interview : As, the profile I applied for was direct sales the interviewer was checking the ability to tackle situations. The questions being put on was more or less CV oriented to check how convincing I am and whether I'm able to justify my answers precisely. Being casual and repressive will certainly fetch negative points.

I applied online, got a call for interview. It consisted of two Personal interviews, Both HR. Still waiting for results. They should announce the results the same day. No or Yes, doesn't matter. But results should be announced to everyone who qualified for final round.
