My interview experience at BYJU'S was smooth and professional.
First, there was a telephonic screening where basic questions about education and communication skills were asked.
Next, I attended a virtual interview focused on sales skills, confidence, and problem-solving ability. They also checked how well I could explain products.
Finally, there was an HR discussion about salary, targets, and job role. The overall process was structured and focused on communication and sales potential.
First they will give you some training of how we approach customers and the way we talk.and some tasks are assigned and after completing the tasks some zoom calls will be taken and later they will be schedule an interview

They will ask your details and some things you learned at the tasks and they will make you do a demo of the call you will be taking up.
